The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR) is India’s apex organisation for undertaking research and training in various aspects of rural development. The Institute invites entries for its annual Film Festival on Rural Development, which will be held at NIRD&PR Campus

Nominations are invited for submission of feature films/documentaries/short films made by amateur/professional film makers/documentary creators on the broad theme of Rural Development to contest and for screening of films during the Film Festival on Rural Development .

Encourage artists/youth to document/development films on Development or Social Issues Appreciate the efforts of film maker's contribution to the Rural Development sector.
